Trio Training Days

On Sunday 30th Apr we have our first Trio Training Day of the season.

The plan is to start in the Preston Room at 9.30 with a look at tacking and a bit on starting, then rig the boats and change ready for the first session on the water putting into practice that which we have talked about. Back for lunch ashore (don't forget yours!) a bit of a debrief and then a chat about gybing and mark rounding. Then back out for a second session on the water practicing gybing, mark rounding and perhaps put it all together with a short race or two. Back ashore, pack up change, debrief and wrap it all up by about 16.30.

The day is an opportunity to get together, learn from each other and hopefully have a bit of fun, the more the merrier so come along if you can.
