What to bring and where to find us
For Dinghy Sailing Sessions/Courses,
- Wetsuit (Full lenght)
- Buoyancy aid for competent swimmers (minimum 50 Newtons) The club has if needed
- Life jackets (foam) to be worn by non swimmers (minimum 100 Newtons)
- Footwear (Grippy shoes that can get wet. Wetsuit boots or shoes, or trainers are fine, Plimsoles, Crocs or Wellies not ok)
- Swim gear and/or rash vest for under the wetsuit
- Waterproof jacket or spray top
- Towel
- Sun protection including suncream/sun hat
- Warm hat for colder days
- Lunch including Waterbottle for full days
- Logbook (Stage 1 and Adult Start Sailing (L1) provided with the course) - can be purchased from the club if needed
For Powerboat Courses,
- Waterproof jacket and trousers
- Buoyancy aid (minimum 50 Newtons) or Lifejacket
- Footwear that can get wet
- Sun protection including suncream/sun hat
- Warm hat and layers for colder days
- Waterbottle
- Packed lunch (extra snacks/drinks available when club bar is open)
For PB2 Courses, One passport size photo for your certificate
For Safety Boat courses, Sailing gear, we will be getting wet at some point in the course
