The Constitution states the following:

22. RULES AND BYELAWS

All members shall be bound by and submit to the Constitution, Policies, Byelaws and Rules of the Club and shall be deemed to have knowledge thereof. A copy of the Constitution, Policies and any Byelaws or Rules will be posted in the Clubhouse or on the Club website or both.

The Management Committee may, from time to time, make, alter or repeal Policies and Byelaws regulating the use of the Club premises by members, those relating to conditions and conduct of Sailing Competitions as well as those relating to the general good conduct of the Club members. Such Policies and Byelaws shall, provided they are not inconsistent with the Constitution of the Club at that time, be binding on all members and be construed as part of the Constitution of the Club until they are rescinded or varied by the Club in a General Meeting.
